Okpo Terms and Conditions — written clearly and transparently, just for you

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the okpo platform (https://okpo.im) and all related services. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on okpo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Okpo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering on okpo. False or incomplete details may result in account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely private. You are responsible for any issues arising from sharing them with others.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account or suspect your password has been compromised, contact Support immediately.
• The mobile number or email provided at registration must remain active and accurate, as OTPs and security alerts are sent to that contact.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is completed.

Account registration is completely free. okpo does not charge any sign-up fee.

3. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

Okpo is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to register or use the platform. okpo may request an NID or passport to verify your age.

• Residents of regions where online betting is legally prohibited are not permitted to use okpo.
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the use of okpo is legal in their jurisdiction.
• Family members of okpo employees are not permitted to place bets on okpo.

4. Betting Rules

To place bets on okpo, your account must have sufficient balance. Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed, so review all details carefully before placing a bet.

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, okpo reserves the right to void the affected bet. In such cases, the staked amount will be fully refunded.

5. Payment & Withdrawal Policy

Okpo supports multiple payment methods including Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposits are generally instant. The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• Your KYC verification must be complete before you can make a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 BDT. Maximum limits vary depending on your account tier.
• Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Okpo may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.
• All large transactions are monitored to prevent money laundering.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Okpo regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own terms. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific conditions of that offer.

• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the applicable wagering requirements (typically 5x to 20x).
• Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Violating bonus terms will result in the bonus being cancelled, and any winnings derived from that bonus may also be forfeited.
• Okpo reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on okpo. Violations will result in permanent account closure and legal action where necessary:

• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage.
• Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's information.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Harassing other users or damaging the reputation of the platform.
• Entering into fraudulent agreements with okpo or engaging in any deceptive activity.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Okpo respects your personal information. Data collected at registration is used solely for service delivery, security verification, and compliance with legal obligations.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

Okpo may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• For violating the Terms and Conditions.
• If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.
• If it is proven that the account was opened using false information.
• For failing age or identity verification.
• After extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

10. Responsible Gaming

Okpo believes gaming should be entertainment, not a burden. We actively promote responsible gaming and help users set their own limits.

• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from the platform for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a betting outcome or transaction, please raise it within 72 hours of the result by contacting Help Center's to submit a complaint. The okpo team aims to resolve all issues within 5 business days through internal investigation.

Okpo's decision on all outcomes is final unless there is clear evidence of a technical error. In all disputes, okpo's log records will be treated as the definitive reference.

12. Changes to Terms & Contact
